Phil’s Dreads

Phil Meakin is a good mate who is also an exceptional musician of Adelaide Band Valiant Jones.
I was involved in the film clip where Phil’s dreads were cut off violently by thugs. The purpose for the whole ordeal was for Charity…. but hey why not do it in a creative way for a film clip??
The before image was in the Studio, but the second was on location just after we’d finished shooting.
I have dreads myself, so it was hard to watch!
If you’re going to cut over 10 years of hair you may as well do it for a good cause!
